Access 2000 formate in A 2003 Margin error

I have just upgraded my system from Access 2000 to Access 2003. The database
that I use is in Access 2000 still because of multiple users.

The problem is that some reports randomly change the page Margins to top
0.5, bottom 5.095 left 0.3 and right 4.96. These reports were made for
Avery Labels 8460. The page size is Letter but the program will not allow me
to change these margins??? This only way that I have found to fix the
problem is to recreate the report. Other users have had the exact same issue
and so far we have not been able to find a solution.

I am having the exact same issue. I have some custom labels that I set up
and am wondering how to fix this myself. The report corretly shows one line
of labels, 2 per line, but it goes 2 lines only to a page due to the margin
settings I cannot change.

The margins are set at 0" top because its tractor paper, but it
automatically fills in 10.49 for the bottom no matter what I do, even making
a new report

Any Ideas?

It seems that Access sets the page margins to the minimum margins o
your DEFAULT printer (not necessarily the one you are going to use) i
you are outside of the printable area of that printer. Very anoying!
Access 2000 has sample code that shows how to set your own margins o
formatting.
