Access 2000 and Adobre Acrobat 5

Does anyone know if an Acrobat 5 pdf document can be used as a mail merge
document to be populated with data from an access 2000 table? Thanks

I don't believe so, but you can merge to a Word.doc and save that to an
Acrobat printer (pdf document)

That would not be feasible. Actually the original document is a form with
many fonts and boxes (a New York state sales tax form) very difficult and
not practical to duplicate in Word. I thought perhaps if I could scan the
form then convert it to pdf as a mail merge document. But I guess I am out
of luck at least for the time being. Thanks anyway
