Access 2000(9.0.6926 SP-3)-Import Wizard screen missing Advanced button

Hello! I don't see the "Advanced" button on the Import
wizard screen, where I'd like to create a Specification
file. I haven't used Access 2000(9.0.6926 SP-3) before to
use this feature. Could an option not be set?
 
Specs are for text files.
Are you using text files or Excel or something else?
 
Thanks Joe! I'm trying to get a specification file for an Excel sheet. Thanks again for your timely reply. I notice that comma delimited Excel sheets have the "Advanced" button.
