Access 2000 - 2002 Problems!!!

I have been running an access database in MS access 2000.
A person in my group used the database and they are on
Access 2002. Now I can not run anything I ERROR out on
every form, on everything.. Help, what should I do?
 
Sorry I do not have a cure you might like but I have seen this problem.
Your fastest solution is probably to upagrade to axs2002.
