Acces 97 DAO version

Doing a version revision, I noted that DAO350.dll has 3.51.1608.0,
nevertheless when I installed Office 97 and applied SR1, SR2 and
JetSp3, it had 3.51.1027.0.

Could someone confirm to me if new version is right and (if it is
possible) what updated it?

According to the DLL Help Database at
http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp
3.51.1608.0 comes with Windows ME, or from Visual Studio 6, VB 6 or VC++ 6
(no service pack information given), whereas 3.51.1027.0 comes with SR2 or
SR2b

Douglas, thanks for your prompt answer.

I am really confused, I am using Windows XP Pro and I am NOT using
Visual Studio 6, VB 6 or VC++ 6 so I don't understand from where it
came.

The only chance is DLL has been updated by some any other software
package or by Microsoft during "Windows Update Service".

My doubt is whether I should re-install again the Office 97 SR-2 or
that version does not damage anything.

Should anyone has the answer, I would appreciate let me know.
