Accepting a meeting on behalf of another calendar.

My situation is that we have our meeting rooms setup as regular email
accounts. We have assigned people to accept meetings for those rooms. The
emails for that particular room is forwarded to one user. She accepts the
meeting on behalf of the room calendar. The calendar date is accepted into
her calendar but not accepted in the actual room calendar. How do we correct
this so that when the user accepts the meeting that it automatically places
that acceptance in its own calendar.

After furious head scratching, POB asked:

Did you actually set up that person as a delegate on the room calendar's Tools | Options | Delegates dialog?
