accept screen cut off

I hope someone can tell me how to get the bottom of the
securuty acceptance agreement from windows update site to
show in the whole screen? The bottom part of the screen
where the " yes" or " do not agree" boxes that you would
check are not in the screen,and it is not the kind that
you can expand by dragging the side out.
If you have an answer for this I would like to know about
it.

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties > Settings > Advanced.

Under the "General tab" in Advanced Display Settings, adjust your
DPI setting to "Normal Size (96 DPI)" and click "apply".

Then revisit the Windows Update web site.
