Accept Buttons on Tasks

i am sending a task to a person Outside of my OU and exchange server they do
not get the accpet and reject buutons.They get the e-mail with the info on
tho. I am sending in RTF does any one know the problem?

Did you set the recipient address for RTF? Did you ask the Exchange
administrator whether the server is set to suppress RTF on outgoing items?
 
I am having exactly the same problem. Accept button is visible when sent
within the LAN but not when via Internet. Versions of Outlook are the same
(2003 with Exchange Server 2003). Server is set to: "Exchange Rich Text
Format" - "Determined by individual user settings" and recipient addresses
are set for RTF.
Can you help?
 
I can't think of any reason why task requests wouldn't work in that
configuration. Could the request be going through a second Exchange server
that's stripping RTF? Can you send RTF mail messages to the same people
successfully?
