about system restore folder/file

True or false Microsoft Antispyware cannot scan system
restore folder/file that were created.
 
I think it is false. I believe that I've seen reports of spyware found in
Restore points, both on systems I've worked with, and reports in this group.

The question then, of course, is can it clean them--I think the answer to
that is no.

This is not different from antivirus apps, which also find viruses in
restore points.

Neither one concerns me in the least. There's nothing to worry about in
these finds, unless the restore point is used to do a System Restore.
