1 can i replace the file :
netcf.phone.wce4.ARMV4.cab

with
netcf.all.wce4.ARMV4.cab ?

i have installed smartphone 2003 sdk

2 what is the difference between
netcf.all
and
netcf.core
?

No. The SmagtPhone uses a smaller framework than a PPC or a vanilla CE
device. You cannot use the larger framework on the phones.
