about my windows explorer

I cant seem to enter into my windows explorer. I can use the "My Computer"
icon on my desktop and also on my start button. I cant enter into "My
Documents, My Pictures, My Musics, Control Panel" on my start button. When i
tried to go into it, thhe computer said something about an error in my
DrwatsnDebugger. Could u tell me what's the problem.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
