Antispyware off-line scan detects and removes but on
reconnection is being re-hi-jacked. Antispyware (and
Norton Internet Security) does not appear to be blocking.

Boot into Safe Mode and run Anti-Spyware twice.

This fix actually works for About:blank ?
We have found this one to be very hard to remove. Are you
saying run in safe mode, then reboot, thenrun in safe
mode again ?

No, I didn't suggest rebooting in between.
It probably won't remove all versions of CWS since CWS is morthing so
rapidly.
