about blank home page

My home page has been taken over by a web site called
about blank. I can not remove it. I have tried just about
everything that I can think of. Does any one know how to
remove this site off my computer?

Open IE. Select Tools/Internet Options

On the General Tab, set the home page you want to use.

"about:blank" is one of the standard options (Use Blank)
