There is a Realtek SemiconductorCorp. Network software update released on 31 december 2003
Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NI
Realtek RTL8139C+ Fast Ethernet

I have recently purchased DSL internet conection[sbc yahoo]. Should I install this driver

The scenario is you have an external DSL router connected to an internal
realtek Ethernet Card?

Calls to mind the old adage, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"*
*doesn't apply to graphic cards...

It's unlikely you've anything to gain from updating the driver, unless you
are having a problem.
