Abnormal program termination

I am running Windows XP home and whenever I close Outlook
(2002) I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error stating
abnormal program termination. The program is C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE

I also experience delay on startup due to archive folders
not properly closed.

Create a new profile.
Before that try the command line outlook /safe . this will open ol 2002
without addin's.
If that works disable addin's
