abnormal program termanation

I get this notice everytime I go to enter Explorer, it
reads,

Crogram Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe

Abnormal Program Termanation

After displaying this with an OK button, and I click the
OK button, it termanates my Explorer and will continue
these messages, and not let me on...How do I fix this?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
