ABIT IS7-V2 Boot Problem

Hi

MY PC has been working fine for the last 6 months however I am now
experiencing Boot Problems. I have made no hardware changes in the last
couple of months.

The PC hangs while trying to detect the CPU (3gb P4)/ The PC hangs for
around 10 mins and then shows the CPU as a 3gb P4 and continues to load
XP. Once XP loads the system runs fine.

I have tried resetting the BIOS, Restoring Failsafe settings and
flashing the BIOS.

Has any one come across similar problems, or can anyone recommend a
possible solution?

Try a known good PSU that is 350W or more.
