Hi for a demo I am preparing, I would like to be able to edit the
emails sitting in my inbox - would like complete control - including
From:, subject, date/time, and content of the email.

Possible? If anyone knows of any plug-ins, tools, or hacks, please
advise -
your help is most appreciated.

I need to do this for around 50+ emails so binary soutions involving
hex editors probably won't work :)

Thanks!

Outlook doesn't support editing the date or from - you can edit the body and
subject and probably can via code, but will need to write it yourself. I'd
probably create an account or two and send mail from them - ask someone with
a gmail account to issue an invite if you need a second account - most of us
have more than we can give away. :) Hotmail and yahoo accounts also work
well for testing.
