Abbreciated menus in OE

I am getting abbreviated menus when I click on the item on
the toolbar. There is a partial listing with a couple
chevrons at the bottom. I could change this feature in
Windows, but I don't know how to get rid of it in OE 6.02.

What exactly is the version of OE you are running? 6.02 is not a valid
version.
