Everytime I turn on my computer or restart it, several Hardware Wizard update
windows pop up. I've tried following the instructions in the windows, but it
didn't work. So I've been using Control+Alt+Delete to get rid of the
windows. What can I do to rid my computer of these windows that don't
respond to anything except the Control+Alt+Del? Thanks!

Pull the hardware responsible for the wizards. (or disable the devices in
devmgmt.msc)

You may want to got 'Start' --> 'Run...' and type 'msconfig'. In your
System Configuration Utility window click on the 'Startup' tab and look at
what programs you have checked in the 'Startup Item' list. You can uncheck
them to keep them from popping up with you boot.
