A8N-SLI Audio Problem

Installed a brand new A8N-SLI mobo with AMD Dual core CPU. I CAN'T get the
audio to work. Even went to Realtek site and downloaded their drivers .....
still no audio. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance!

Check the jumpers on the front panel audio connector. This is situated next
to the jack socket assemble at the rear of the mobo. If using the sockets
at the rear of the motherbaord you will need to fit jumpers across:

Bline Out L to Line Out L

Also:

Bline Out R to Line Out R

Also remember you need to use powered speakers as the board has no inbuilt
amplification.

Jumpers are already there...from factory. I tried to install the software

Is the audio chip enabled in the BIOS?
