A7V333 - Unable to update BIOS.

I currently have an a7v333 1.02 board originally using a 1006 bios. I have
sucessfully flashed 1007, 1008, and 1011 bios updates from Asus's ftp site.
I can flash 1012 sucessfully (posts) but once it begins to read from the
hard drives it just hangs. Is this a controller problem? Any help is
greatly appreciated.

I would like to upgrade to a xp-2400, but I need 1012 bios to do so. At
this point my highest cpu option for this version of bios on this version of
board is an xp-2200.

Maybe a bad flash, or wrong Bios image? Clear CMOS and try flashing
again.

There is no need to do the BIOS flashes in succession. Just DL one of
the newer BIOSes (1015, 1016 ...) and hopefully that will work right for
you.

You posted earlier that "I've had no success getting the 1012 bios to
work (highest BIOS for the 1.01 board)" Where have you gotten that from?
