A7V333 and C-Media integrated sound

I have an Asus A7V333 which has integrated C-media soundcard. I also
have a sound blaster live value sound card. Should I disable the
C-media integrated sound and install the sound blaster card?

There are a few problems with Sound Blasters and interupts. You may want to
research that see if you have the relevant slot free.
