A7N8X and dash E variant, whats the difference??? Asus or Abit if you could select?

Looking at the A7N8X - Deluxe with 800+ reviews,

and comparing it to (what appears to be a new product), the A7N8X-E Deluxe

the only difference feature-wise seems to be on-board gigabit LAN on the
latter.

Has anyone purchased the second, -E board and would care to offer any
comments?

Also, given the choice of the ASUS board or an Abit NF7-S v 2.0, which is
better and why?
