Help me with my mobile Athlon build please (opinions)

I am looking for other peoples opinions on my next upgrade. I am trying to
keep the price under $350 and reach 3000+ or better speeds w/1GB ram.

I am thinking of taking advantage of the over clocking capabilities of the
mobile Athlons. Memory seems to be coming down a little and I want to buy
before the back to school rush jacks the price again. I've been building my
own systems since the P166 and have never had a problem putting a stable
system together, but I have never messed with over clocking.

Does anyone see a problem getting these parts to 3000+ speeds or better?
Any better ideas? I am willing to move a little on cost but I'm trying to
keep it low as possible.

My current power supply, video card and drives are all up to snuff.

I was able to get within six bucks of your budget without overclocking, with
a very good name-brand motherboard and good name-brand (and very stable)
RAM. Check out the following bundle from www.mwave.com

That tells me you should be able to do this for less than $350 without
overclocking, if you look around a bit. I'd just fork out the extra bucks
and order it all from mwave though, if I was doing this. -Dave
