A4 printer that will print my newsletter borderless properly

I write a newsletter and currently use Publisher to create it (will be
moving to Quark Express soon)

I can save it to PDF and naturally it looks the same as I have created it.

However when I print via my Epson CX3200 (bordeless mode) the bottom and
left of the image are stretched. It prints borderless, but ends up
stretching the page to cover the bottom and left margins (im printing in
landscape - however portrait still does the same) and I end up losing some
of the content from these parts. (approx 5%)

I need to offer the newsletter as a PDF as well as the ability to print it
out my end too for those who want a hard copy.

However this printer does not allow me to change the margins through the
printer itself(although it has a reduced margin feature when doing copies,
but not printing). Borderless printing is a set margin value and is not
changeable manually.

I have come to a sort of soultion where the PDF looks kind of ok (one margin
is bigger than the others - but not too noticable in the PDF) and it prints
out perfectly, so will be using this method for now.

My question is....is there a printer on the market that actually prints an
A4 page borderless properly, so I can have print a hard copy just as the PDF
looks (all margins the same) ?

Needs to be fairly cheap on consumables too as I will be printing out a lot.

Your help is appreciated.

Regards
Simon

Does the printer driver have an option for the amount of stretching done to the
image? Mine does (Canon i9950) and I'ave found the one with the least stretching
is the 1/3rd position. It's horribly hit and miss though.
