A3 Paper Size in PowerPoint 2003

Does anyone know why the paper size is incorrect in PowerPoint 2003? Via
Page Setup you change to the A3 paper size and in brackets after A3 it says
297 mm x 420 mm, ie the correct A3 paper size. However, when you select this
paper size in the boxes below it sets the width to 35.56 and the height to
26.67 resulting in massive left and right hand margins. It's driving us nuts!

Hello,

It seems as though it does the same thing in PowerPoint 2007. Only thing I
can think of is is not a document publishing system like Microsoft word. So
there must have figured in some default margins. Seems that you'll have to
do it manually.
