A1500 uninstall

I can't completely remove Compaq A1500 all-in-one application. I've run the
uninstall wizard from "add/remove? and also tried VCom's uninstall program.
Three listings continue to show up in "add/remove" (1) Compaq A1500 Settings
Utility (2) Compaq A1500 TWAIN drivers and (3) Compaq MFP Firmware Upgrade
Utility.
 
Try writing to compaq tech support.

By the way I tried their email database and 'We do not have e-mail hp for
product support information for "compaq a1500"'.

Make sure that you provide the correct product type when you speak with them.
