Try PSInfo (part of PSTools) available as freeware from
www.sysinternals.com or specifically:
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/psinfo.shtml

Or just look at the date/time stamp on the pagefile

If you have NT4's Resource Kit, you can use the uptime.exe from it with
2000. You can probably do a search for it online, too.
