A virus on Dllhost.exe file in directory c:\winnt\system32

The problem: I found a Virus on the above file.
I couldn't del the infacted file .
My questions are: 1. How to del the file from windows XP?
Could I ?
2. I used a booot diskette but i have no
access to disk c:

First, find out what virus you have (initial indications suggest Welchia
worm). Then, go to http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ and look up the removal
tool for it.
