C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllhost.exe

I have WinPatrol installed and it tells me it has detected
a new program which was not previously installed on my
computer. It is:
Do you approve the addition of this program to your
computer start up?
Microsoft Windows Operating System
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllhost.exe
COM Surrogate Version 5.1.2600.2180
Don't know enough about computers to know if it is ok.,
although it seems legit....or has something changed
somewhere along the way. Does this .dll file belong in
windows Operating system? It says press yes to allow or no
to stop it - to computer start up. Many thanks if you can
help.

This is a WinXP system file, usually. However, there are virulent files
around, having the same file name located in a different sub-directory:

Scan your system for malware as a precaution, anyway.
