a video clip/animation on a form

It just about having something entertain in my form.But I don't know
the technique how to make it work.I'm looking some video clip/custom
animation that will be put in my workform.Hope somebody like to tell me
some source.

And how to make it playing automatically when we open the form.As I know
if we insert a video as unbound oleobject frame,it need doubleclick to make
it play.Or how to make it autoactivate with vba in the Load event of the
from.
Please advise.Thanks
