A Strange File

Can anyone identify a file which keeps suddenly appearing
on my desktop. I have deleted it several times but it
just reappears again in a day or two. I have Windows XP
Pro with all the service packs and updates. The file has
the identifying mark ~ as it's name. It's 181 kb in size,
situated in the documents & settings desktop folder.

It's an OE bug. Sometimes OE makes a copy of your address book then
forgets to delete it. You can keep deleting it, it will keep coming
back.
