User32.dll and shell32.exe are in \Windows\System32.
Ntoskrn.exe is not a standard Windows file and if you have a file with
that exact name then you should suspect a possible
virus/trojan/spyware infestation.
However I suspect that the file name is actually ntoskrnl.exe in which
case it is a standard Windows file and is also located in the
\Windows\system32 folder.

Ntoskrnl.exe is the basic guts heart and brains of the OS it is the
kernal, Ntoskrn.exe is a virus that has been cleverly named to make
it sound as it is the Ntoskrnl which it is not. A great website to use
to dtermine important processes is www.liutilities.com used it for
many years.
