A shortcut to print a single envelope.

I always print one envelope at a time. It would be quicker for me if there
was a shortcut so that when I finished typing a letter and printing it, I
could print my envelope without going into tools, letters and mailings ...

You can put an Envelope button on your Standard toolbar. Open Tools |
Customize and select the Tools category on the Commands tab. Scroll down to
Envelopes and Labels..., select it, and drag it to the toolbar. This will
open the dialog, which will have the Envelopes or Labels tab up depending on
which you last used. If you have selected an address in your document, it
will be placed in the delivery address pane.
