a second, separate calendar

I want to create a second calendar in my Outlook to be
used only for a specific purpose.

How do I do this?
 
File, New, Folder and create a new calendar folder... then use it only for
the things you want in it. Note that reminders only fire in the default
folders.

Right-click in your folder, list, choose new, folder, calendar type.
