Ever since I loaded the latest MS Office package (not
sure if it is related or not), I get the message in the
subject line when accessing some internet sites such as
foxnews, espn, etc...

It gives me the choice in the message to answer Yes/No
and then I can go about reading the site. However,
sometimes there are multiple messages on the same site.

FYI...
My windows operating system is XP and I am running on a
Compaq Presario

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I fix this? It is
really annoying.

Oringinal poster, you need to disable script debugging in your IE Advanced
options.
