a rule to send a template to a specific address when a particular

I am looking for an add in or instructions to send a particular template to
an email address when a specific email arrives. I do not want to reply to
the email but send a template to a different address.
 
I don't know what you mean by "send a template" in this scenario. Do you
mean "send a message created from a particular Outlook .oft template file"?
If so, this will require writing VBA code. Your Outlook version will
determine the details.
