a rule to move a text file attachment

using outlook 2003

is there any way to move an email with text file attachment with specific
words to a folder??

this is not spam related,

so i have emails with text attachments coming in, need a rule to move the
attachment if it conains a specific word

Not sure if rules can do it, but a vba macro certainly could.
