a question about desktop thems NEED HELP!

I was wondering how if possible to shop the start menu on my desk top at all
times with my icons around it? If it looks like when you click the start
button on the task bar and the start window that pops up would be just fine
with me.

I am using windows xp home with sp2 installed.
Please help!

Sorry for delay, Ok here is what i would like to do. When you left click the
start button on the taskbar in windows XP the start menu window opens. I
would like this window to be part of the desktop theme and be displayed
always with my desk top icons. Thanks.
