A Program won't open and pop ups

A program that I open everday all of a sudden wont open up for me. Any
suggestions as to what might have happened.

And also all of a sudden I'm getting lots of pop-ups all day long. My
blocker is on. Why all of a sudden are they getting througha nd how?

Not without a few more details about what's going on. What happens
when you try to open it? Are there error messages?
 
Nothing happens. No error messages or anything. Again i open it everyday and
it always comes up. It's a stock charting program.
