A problem... OLE server or ActiveX control.

I am using MS Access 2003 Pro and when I open Access I get the following
message:

"Microsoft Office Access, 'A problem occurred communicating with the OLE
server or ActiveX control'. 'Close the OLE server and restart it outside of
Microsoft Access. Then try the original operation again in Microsoft Office
Access.'"

Please help!!
How do I restart the OLE server? I wasn't able to find it in the Services
for WinXP.
I have even tried to update and the SP2 was unsuccessful. I have tried to do
a repair Office then I tried to reinstall Office to no avail.

Thanks in advance,
Waylon

Waylon:

The following KB article deals with the error message you are receiving. I
don't have enough information to know whether it applies to your situation,
however, I thought I would pass it along.
