I have a problem with my pop up windows. When I click at
certain links to go to another screen, this message
appears:
"A pop up windows was blocked"
How do solve this problem?

Disable your popup blocker program. Only you know what you use since
you didn't tell us. Many will let your Ctrl+mouse to temporarily
disable the popup blocking. Some will let you whitelist a domain either
in their own whitelist or by checking what sites you listed in the
Trusted Sites security zone.

Some firewalls, anti-viruses and add-in toolbars have popup blocking
options. You alone can find out which is doing it.

Ok, I had the same problem before now I got rid of them
with three steps:
1- Disable your pop-up blocker
2- Close all the left open IEs
3- Go to processes tab on the windows task manager
4- There should be around 30 windows processes (!!!)
running on your machine (depends on how many program are
installed already on your machine). Terminate the
processing of the suspicious programs. They usually take
enourmous volume of the memory (or PID).
5- Before killing them take note of them for to remove
them from windows registery and control panel too.
6- If you get to this point let me know. I'll guide you
through the next process.
7-Note: don't terminate the windows processes or you'll
have problems. For sure compare your processes with
another healthy pc.

So, anonymous Amir, what does your reply have to do with the original
post?

"... three steps". And then you list 7 (of which only 5 are "steps").
You can't count, either.
