A Policy should be developed for the interaction among multiple users on the same system

AntiSpyware inherits some settings and scan results from user to user on the
same system. But not consistently. Also settings may be changed by various
users and these are modified for the overall settings of the application.
Having each user able to do a full scan of the system is appropriate but
allowing them to change settings for all users may not be appropriate.
Whatever is decided should be made public to each user.

Also the change of the default documentation folder when different users log
on needs to be better handled. Sometimes there is a notification and
sometimes not. The Switch User option sometimes causes problems as well.
