A pdf attachment gets corrupted going to one user

When one user sends a pdf attachment to multiple users only one user gets a
unreadable pdf document everytime.
 
Are there any error messages? What version of Outlook? What type of account?
 
Reenter the e-mail address for the person that receives the PDF as a DAT
file.
