a password authorization problem for the pppoe server.

I use win2000 server,add the PPPOE protocol,Then use the RAS Routing to establish a PPPOE income connection server. The client computer can connect on to this server. But I have a problem could't be solved.it is
When the pppoe connected,it will automatic use "Ms Chap v2"password authorization. But I want it use "PAP" password authorization, I had try to many times to set(modify the policy) but it always automatic use Ms Chap v2
Sorry for my poor English,I don't know if you can understand my question,So could somebody can do me a favour,tell me how to solve this problem,I want the pppoe connection will automatic use "PAP"password authorization,Wait for your answer,Thanks!

Did you try setting the security at the client connectoid?

Properties->Security->Advanced->Settings->Allow these protocols
Select PAP

Thanks for your answer,Yes it will be PAP if I setting on the client computer only PAP. But what I want is setting the client computer to use automactic authorization(allow all of the Security selection) and setting on the server computer,then the client computer will automatic use the PAP, So what should I do to set the server setting option?Wait for your reply,thanks!

You could also set it in the RRAS Server.

Open the RRAS Snap-in.
Right click on the <Server Name> node.
Select Properties
Select the Security Tab
Click on Authentication Methods
Select PAP.
