a mailmessage that was sent....is not to delete,

Hello,
At this moment I've got a couple of messages, that are not to be deleted,
not even with the Programm WMUtil, mentioned before, I've deleted Spamfigter
and I've got the patch from Microsoft itself, still they can't be deleted,
please has anyone a solution?????

You mentioned the Microsoft patch. Did you mean this one:

Others have reported that installing this patch makes formerly
undeletable messages deletable.

I am not familiar with Bullguard. Assuming you have the install CD,
you might try uninstalling it, rebooting, then see if that improved the
situation.
