Hi, I use Kodak easyshare and it will make photos like coloring book
pictures and cartoons. I Love it so will you.

Try Photofilter:

Filter/Artistic/Comics Strip

But first, be sure to resample you image size down to a smaller size. If
you don't, the effect won't work as well. After you apply the filter,
you can resample the image size back up if you like.

I just did this to a photo I took last month, and it works amazingly
well like the rest of this fine program.
