A form question

I have a completed form. I need to add another field to the form (I need to
ask on the form for the location of the person filling it out).

I can't seem to find a way to add this extra field. I have looked at form
properties but no luck there.

I used the form wizard to fill out the initial form - and I don't know how
to get back to that wizard to modify what I have.

In Normal View (i call it design view)...insert your cursor where you want to add the field (within the boundries of the Form). Then Insert/Form/+whatever type of field you want.

just set your cursor in the form where you want the new field, type the
label text, then insert/form/text area (or how ever you want it filled in),
then right click the form chose form properties and set it up to catch this
new field.
