A Form appears blank when opened on customer's computer

I have created a form for data entry in access 2003 SP2. I sent it to our
customers so they can enter the data, but when they open the form at their
computers it appears blank. I verified that the file is not read-only. I also
checked with them that recordsource isn't empty and AllowAdditions is set to
"Yes", but it still appears blank.

Is the form's Data Entry property set to Yes? This will only allow them to
add new records and the form will open with blank fields.
